Answer:

a) light

it is vital for photosynthesis.

how: the red and blue lights are called as action spectrum of photosynthesis.

chlorophyll a and b excites at this action spectrum, therefore rate of photosynthesis is high.

b)water

water is also compulsory requirement for photosynthesis.

how: water acts as hydrogen donor and helps in reducing the co2. the oxygen evolved during photosynthesis is only from water and not from CO2.

c) chlorophyll.

if no chlorophyll,then no photosynthesis.

how: chlorophyll is pigment found in chloroplast.it absorbs the specific wavelength of light ( blue and red) that's why chlorophyll (chl-a) is called as reaction centre.this excitation by light is very essential for light reaction of photosynthesis.
