Standardisation of product is an important measure taken by government to protect consumers from lack of quantity and varying standard of goods .
Very important measure governmentof India has taken
i) for this purpose , government has established Bureau of India Satndarad (BIS) .
ii) A consumer can also complain to BIS office if the certified product is not up to mark.
iii) This Agmark is implemented under the agriculture produce in Act 1937..
