here is your answer -

The sound first enters to the ear canal from ear canal the sound travels and falls on tympanum which converts the sound waves to vibrations . From tympanum it travels to middle ear after that it enters to inner ear and from inner ear it travels to the brain and the brain responds to it and sends the message back .

the outer ear is called pinna it collects the sound from the surroundings reflected sound passes through the auditory Canal at the end of the auditory Canal there is a thin membrane called the eardrum when a compression of the medium reaches the eardrum the pressure on the outside of the membrane increases and forces that removes inward and when a refraction of the medium reaches to the eardrum the pressure of the outside of the membrane decreases and forces eardrum moves inward in this way the eardrum vibrates in the inner ear the pressure variation are turned into electrical signals by the cochlea these electrical signals are sent to the Brain where the auditory nerve
