That is actually true and many people fail to realize it but Milk actually does come from plants. Let me explain how.
Cows are ruminants, that is, animals which have specific digestive systems build to acquire maximum nutrients and energy from plants. Similar to buffaloes, Sheep, Goats etc.
They rely on a strict plant based diet eating Wheat, Corn, and various types of grasses which are used to not only produce energy for the animals, but their special digestive system also turns into delicious and healthy milk we all love and enjoy

We get milk from cow . Cow is a herbivore i.e it consumes plants only. Cows can produce milk only after consuming plant.So actually we are getting milk from the plants.
