Ocean water contains dissolved salt such as sodium Chloride, other salts, and minerals with some dissolved gases such as Oxygen, and CO2 etc. The sea water can be made available for drinking on carrying out various processes such as desalination of water i.e removing salt from water by reverse osmosis
