If,

    The Factorized Part is between 0 and 0.4999... Then the factorized part can be removed.

But,

    if The Factorized  Part is between 0.5 and 0.9999... Then The factorized part will be removed and we have to raise the value by 1 to the main number.

Look,  

   The factorized part (0.8333...) is between 0.5 and 0.9999...

So, By the rule of Rounding, we have to plus 1 instead of the factorized part.
