the sun is very hot. it heats the water which is in various ponds lakes , river,seas . when sun rays are hitten on water,it evaporates and transforms from water to water vapour., then the clouds, the clouds are very cool.the water vapour when goes in atmosphere,as the atmosphere is very cool they gather themselves at a area and form the clouds,when the clouds are heavy,they release water vapour in form of water .
