in the day as the temperature rises due to Sun's heat, the particles of water starts expending and slowly change into water vapour. These vapours, due to heat, start going upwards and upwards. when they reach at sufficient height their temperature slowly decrease. after reaching an appropriate temperature they again convert into water droplets. These droplets encircle pollutant particles and form clouds and later they fall down as rain.
