An organization, business, and country is made and ran by people. Human resource is always one of the key factors to make something successful. Let's take Japan for example, the population rate in the country is greatly decreasing. In time, they would lack the human resource to run the business and government of their country. Without human resources, a country would face a great threat to their economy and society.
