A constitution is not fully made up of statement of values of philosophy a constitution is mainly about embodying the values into institutional arrangements those who drafted the Indian Constitution felt that it has to be in accordance with peoples aspirations and changes in society they did not see it as a separate Static and unalterable law for the main door provisions to incorporate changes from time to time this changes are called Constitutional Amendment the constitution describes a institutional arrangements in a very legal language if you read the constitution for the first time it can be seen quite difficult but it is very very very difficult to read the Indian Constitution lay down a procedure for choosing persons who governs the country it defines who will have how much power to take decisions.
