Gandhi returned to India from Africa in 1915. Gandhiji believed that if we togetherly demand for swaraj , the British need to listen to them. Thus , satyagraha were started.
1916 , Champaran , Bihar
Due to high working hours and no permission to move in and out of the plantation , workers were so harmed , and bitten very badly , if caught moving out of the plantation . 1st satyagraha was held here to give relief to peasants.
1917, Kheda, Gujrat
2nd satyagraha were held here, peasants were fed up of high revenue and demanded for relief from revenue . Due to this revenue , peasants were dragged into poverty.
1918, Ahmedabad , Gujrat
this satyagraha was held with mill workers , for more wages.
