Subjective nature of pitch refers to the qualitative ness of the pitch. Eg. whether the pitch is high or low, etc.
Objective nature of frequency refers to the quantitative aspect of the frequency. Eg. when we talk about a frequency of 10 Hz, then its quantity is defined and hence it becomes and objective aspect.

Pitch can be different for two listeners For e.g. one listener may find the same sound of same pitch soft nd attractive but for other listener he might found the same pitch very hard ,so pitch depends upon how listener takes it.(For e.g. if u r eating puchka with ur friend u might find that puchka v.spicy but ur friend may find that same puchka less spicy. So, spiceness of puchka is similar to pitch it depends upon how the consumer takes it). While, frequency for all the listeners are same if I say frequency of 10Hz .All the listener have to take it 10Hz it doesn't change or vary for different listener as it is in number form or it is measurable quantity.Hence pitch is Subjective(changes) and frequency is objective(doesn't change).
