The female internal reproductive organs are the vagina, uterus, Fallopian tubes, and ovaries.
\huge\bold{Functions:-}

1. OVARIES:- Ovaries are in a pair, oval shaped and located in the abdomenal cavity. They produce thousands of ova or egg cells. They also secrete female sex hormones like progesterone or oestrogen.

2. Oviduct:- Oviduct is a funnel shaped organ opening near the ovary. It carries the egg from ovary to uterus. These open into the uterus from both the sides.

3. Uterus :- Uterus is a hollow, pear shaped, bag like structure. The growth and development of foetus takes place here.

4. Cervix:- Cervix is the lower and the narrower portion of uterus which opens into the vagina.

5. Vagina:- Vagina receives the sperms and serves as a birth canal.

6. Fallopian tube:- The main function of the fallopian tube is to transport the egg from the ovary to the uterus.
