Answer:

some leaves of tree may get detached from a tree, if we vigorously shake its branch due to inertia of rest. Leaves are in the state of rest with respect to the tree so they possess inertia of rest.

When the branch is suddenly set in motion, the leaves attached to it tend to continue in their state of rest, on account of inertia of rest. This generates a lot of strain at the junction of leaves and the branch. Due to this strain, some leaves get detached from the branch.

Answer:

because just like our body trees also have joints in them

if someone shakes us vigorously we feel as if the all parts os the body are broken but due to stronger joint out body parts don't get detached whereas plants don't have that much stronger joint between the branch and the leaves so the leaves fall out.
