Volume, V = 500 cm3

m =  ρ x V

m = 1.000×10^3 kg/m3 x 0.00050 m3
m = 0.50 Kg

By Archimedes’ principle, the weight of water displaced is mg , so the buoyant force is:

Buoyant Force, F = m x g
= 0.50 x 10  (g = 10)
F = 5 N

vrrunda: sorry 1g/cm^3
harshiiiiii1: its for 4°c
vrrunda: so we can write it in form of kg /m^3
harshiiiiii1: and how you get 103
harshiiiiii1: plz telll.
vrrunda: sorry i have mistake in my answer .
vrrunda: its 10^3
vrrunda: plz make me as brainliest answer
harshiiiiii1: i have one more question i am going to ask ....you can answer..
vrrunda: ok

 \bold {\huge {Solutions:-}}

A ball filled with air has volumee of 500cm3 . calculate the minimum force applied by a child to put it completely inside the water.

volume of balloon (v)= 500cm³

density of water = 1 g/cm³

Buoyant force = pvg

pv = 1 g/ cm³×500cm³ = 500 g = 0.5kg

Buoyant force = pvg = 0.5 × 10 = 5 N

So,
the child needs to apply \bold {\underline {5N~force}} to put it completely inside water.

harshiiiiii1: yes i like your answer way your explanation way is cooooooool i got every thing★★★
Anonymous: thanks for Complement
harshiiiiii1: hey shivam in pvg .g stand for which
