Explain in the two levels of fedralism . Which is the third tier ?

The two levels of federalism are —
Central government : its is the government where there is citizens are under the central government.

State government : it is the government where the citizens are under the state government.

The third tier is the local government.
An examples of local government is Panchayats.

unitary system

only one level of the government are subordinate to the central govn.

central govn can pass orders to state govn or local.


federal system

central govn can nt order the provincial state govn

state govn has powers of its own and is not answerable to central govn
