Regarding to question no.1, the question is based on nucleic thermodynamics....In which the 1st step initiated is hybridization....during hybridization, Double stranded DNA is converted is single stranded nucleotide DNA by application of heat...Thus, as we basically know, DNAs are paired as A-T/Adenine-Thymine(gradually it is represented by double bonding...lekin yaha facility nahi hai represent karne ki)....And 2nd paired type is Guanine - Cytosine/G-C(represented by triple bonds) .....Considering these two pairs,the later i.e. Guanine-Cytosine is compratively more stable(due to presence of higher intermolecular force of attraction).....So,it will require more temperature to isolate from its component......Thus,taking comparison, we get answer 30% cytosine to be the correct alternative(due to its presence in larger proportion than in opt.(1) which show less proportion of pyrimidine.Hence , correct choice is (B) 30% Cytosine.
