Explanation:

❣️______Kreb cycle______❣️

☑️Site: mitochondria of cell.

☑️Also called aerobic oxidation.

☑️Discovered by Sir Hans Kreb.

☑️Another name TCA cycle (tricarboxylic acid cycle) or citric cycle.

☑️It brings about the conversion of pyruvic acid, fatty acids, and amino acids into CO2 and Water by oxidation.

☑️It is the common path for oxidation of carbohydrates, fats, proteins.

☑️It accounts for 24 ATP molecules.

☑️It starts with acetyl Co-A which is then converted into several intermediate compounds with the release of NADPH2 FDH2,ATP, hydrogen atoms and then Acetyl Co-A is regenerated back.
