Step-by-step explanation:

In triangle ABC,

angle A =(3x+5)°,........1

angle ACD =(7x-9)°, ............2

angle B =90°

from equation 1 and 2

angle ACD=angle A + angle B......................... property of exterior angle of the triangle that exterior angle is equal to sum of remote angles.

(7x-9)=(3x+5)°+90°

7x-9=3x+5+90

7x-3x=5+9+90

4x=14+90

4x=104

x=104/4

x=26°

put x=26° in equation 2

angle ACD =(7x-9)°

angle ACD=7×26-9

angle ACD=182-9

angle ACD=173°
