An algebraic expression having only one term is called a Monomial.

Example :-

2x ; 5y ; z/6 etc.

Binomial:-

An algebraic expression having two rems is called a Binomial.

Example :-

2x+3 ; 5a-6b ; 2y^2+10b ,etc

Trinomial:-

An algebraic expression having three terms is called a Trinomial.

Example:-

2a-4b+6c ; 3x+5y+7z , 2x^2-6x+9 ,etc

Polynomial:-

An algebraic expression having three or more than three terms is called a Polynomial.

Example:-

2a+3b+4c+5d , 2x^4+3x^3+5x^2+6x+7, etc

In other words
