Muscular force is the force applied using parts of the body like arms or legs. It is the force that results due to the action of muscles nd is contact force since there is a contact between them. Muscular force is needed whenever movement of the body occurs.

Answer:

It is our common experience that some 'muscular effort or force is required when we lift a bucket of water. A ball pressed by hands produces a change in the shape of the ball. To stop a moving body, some force is required. Thus, force is a push or pull which produces or tends to produce a change

in the state of rest or of uniform motion. Force may produce the following changes:

(i) It can change the speed of an object.

(ii) It can change the direction of motion of an object

.

(iii) It can change the shape or size of an object.
