Take Tennis as example,
Now,

1st Law : Every body continues its state of motion until and unless an external force acts on it,

Example : Tennis ball continues its motion until another player strikes it !

2nd Law : The acceleration is produced when there is a net Force change on the body, Actually the 2nd law is used to derive Force Formula,

Example : The harder you hit, The more faster the ball travels,

3rd Law : For every action there is equal and opposite reaction,

Example : If you hit a ball with racket, The ball also applies same momentum on the racket so we feel a small backwards push in our body,

Hope you got the answer and understood it,

Have a great day !

Hey friend,
Here is the answer you were looking for:
Newton's first law of motion:
A body at rest will remain at rest, and a body in motion will continue in motion in a straight line with a uniform speed, unless it is compelled by an external force to change its state of rest or of uniform motion.
Let's understand better Newton's law of motion by an example:
Suppose a book is lying in the table is in rest and it wouldn't be come in motion unless we pull it i.e. we exert a force on it.

Newton's second law of motion:
The rate of change of momentum of a body is directly proportional to the applied force, and takes place in the direction in which the force acts.
Newton's second law gives us a relationship between force and acceleration.
Let's take some examples:
•A cricket player (or fielder) moves his hands backwards on catching a fast cricket ball.
•During athletics eet, a high jumper athlete is provided either a cushion or a heap of sand on the ground to fall upon. The cushion or sand, being soft, reduces the athlete's momentum more gently.

Newton's third law of motion:
To every action, there is an equal and opposite and equal reaction.
Let's take an example:
A man exerting force on the cow to pull her but the cow is also exerting an equal force back on the man.
