e) from the figure,
⇒ x + 90° = 140° [alternate angles]
⇒ x = 140° - 90°°
⇒ x = 50°
f) from the figure,
⇒ x + 57° = 100° [alternate opposite angles]
⇒ x = 100° - 57°
⇒ x = 43°
