water scarcity means water level has gown down .It means that less water is laft on earth for use.In India rajastan and gujarat are suffering from water scarcity.Already only 1%of fresh water existed out of which0.01%is portable (fit for drinking )water.so need of the day is to conserve water .
this can be done by not wasting water and utilising every drop of this wonder liquid.
