Definition of a Parallelogram (||gm) :-
A parallelogram is a quadrilateral in which the opposite sides of it are always parallel where, the opposite angles and sides are always. same.
Properties of a Parallelogram:-
- The sum of interior angles of a parallelogram is always equal to 360°.
- The opposite angles are equal.
- The opposite sides are same.
- The diagonals of it bisect each other.
- If one 90° angle is present, it makes it into a rectangle.
- The sum of consecutive angles of a Parallelogram always 180°.
- Opposite sides are parallel to each other.
- It is a convex polygon.
