Explain - Perspiration and transpiration help to cool the body temperature of the organism.

perspiration also known as sweating, is a primary mean of thermoregulation. Evaporation of sweat from a body surface has a cooling effect due to evaporation cooling
while in plants, transpiration is a way they excrete the water through their surface thus sending out the heat too and getting the cooler effect through evaporation.
