here the pm didn't has any power to suspend the MLAs.

parliament can pass several bills related to development of India.

When we compare India and America .in America there is presidential powers are there.
he can suspend with out answering any questions.
but is opposite to India.

Our Indian Constitution is the biggest constitution in the world which is written by Dr .br Ambedkar chair man of drafting committee.
