Hii There!!!

〽REACTION OF ACETIC ACID WITH METAL CARBONATE :-

Let us consider a metal Na ( sodium )

On reaction it will give ,

CH3COOH + Na2CO3 -----------> CH3COONa + H2CO3

Here, H2CO3 will decompose rapidly into salt and water.

〽REACTION OF ACETIC ACID WITH METAL HYDROGEN CARBONATE :-

Let us consider a metal Na ( sodium ) which reacts with acetic acid.
Since, acetic acid is a weak acid and sodium hydrogen carbonate is a base so they will undergo neutralisation reaction

✔Acid + Base -----------> Salt + Water.

CH3COOH + NaHCO3 ------------> Na2CO3 + H2O + CO2
