These lines have been extracted from a scene of Merchant of Venice where Antonio's friends we're trying to find the probable reason of his sadness. Owing to this Salarino, one if Antonio's friend says that some people are like the two headed Janus, who can laugh at even critical times and cry over the funniest things. Such as they might laugh at a bag-piper out of no reason just as a parrot laughs at anything. This act of laughing always will wrinkle their face that their eyes would seem to be peeping out through the folds of their faces.
