SIMPLIFICATION: Simplification is the process of through analysis of product and elimination of unnecessary varieties and designs. Only limited number of grade and size of products are retained.
STANDARDISATION:It comes after Simplification. After retaining the limited number of grade and size of products manufacturing process to be standardised. From selection of raw materials to production of finished goods the process must be standardised .In order to reduce repetition of work and to improve product quality.
