In our infancy (0-5), our parents are our mentors. During childhood and young adulthood, teachers are the ones who lead us, set a path for us.
Teachers can sometimes seem cruel, harsh, brutal or not caring. Although you may start to doubt our teachers but these things ultimately help us to build character. How we perform in our adulthood, in our carrer and personal life, depends on our budding stage, our childhood.
Though they seem unconsiderate, teachers give us all the support to lean on to when they feel that we are not not able to cope with something, in studies or personal life. Their roughness and harshness makes us able to stand up on our own legs, they introduce us to the working of world and how it can be cruel sometimes.
Some of their actions may not seem meaningful to us now but they make perfect sense when we we enter our adulthood. Their ways beat us into shape to cope with the harsh and cruel world which we would be pushed in our young age without any experience.
