There are several countries and each country has a different organization of courts of law which includes the District Courts, the Supreme Court, the Magistrate Courts, Regional Labour Courts and National Labour Courts. The Magistrate Courts are considered as the primary trial courts. please follow me

There are three levels of courts in India. Let’s discuss the each level one by one:

Level 1:

Municipal courts, District courts etc are included in this level. They form the base of the court triangle. Citizens can appeal in these courts for civil claims, criminal offenses, cases regarding money [compensations and fines] and also cases under the health department.

Level 2:

High Court of each state forms this level. The cases heard here include civil and criminal cases, cases including government, violations of law etc.

Level 3:

The Supreme Court forms the apex level of the court system. The Chief Justice of India presides the proceedings. Constitutional issues, highly criminal offenses, State to State issues, highly controversial religious issues are addressed here.
