Explain the below poem:-

Don’t Give Up

If you’ve tried and have not won,
     Never stop for crying;
All that’s good and great is done
     Just by patient trying.

Though young birds, in flying, fall,
     Still their wings grow stronger,
And the next time they can keep
     Up a little longer.

Though the sturdy oak has known
Many a wind that bowed her,
She has risen again and grown
     Loftier and prouder.

If by easy work you’re beat,
Who the more will prize you?
Gaining victory from defeat,
That’s the test that tries you.

This poem gives us a clear image of the importance of trying and trying again. If we have lost in a certain phrase of life , we must not give up hope but try again with a positive thinking. It may take many years for us to be successful in our life , we may have to cross many barriers , we may lose and may lose hope. But we must try and try again because hard work with constant efforts is the biggest key to success. Like the birds fall and hurt themselves when they learn to fly but it helps them to reach even the highest parts of the sky. So even after failing , we must try again and again because it will lead us to success.
Happy new year to u ❤❤❤

The summary of Don't Give Up by Phoebe Cary

The poem "Don't Give Up" by the poet Phoebe Cary revolves around the positivity of life. The poet in the first paragraph tried to explain that even if we did not win after trying so hard we should not lose our motivation and keep trying. She also expressed that just like the young birds who keep trying to fly no matter how many times they fall, we should also never lose hope. She motivated her readers by saying that no matter what obstacle we face, we should never lose hope and stop trying. We should keep trying and not stop before winning.
