A tubular structure carrying blood through the tissue and organ,a vein ,artery or a capillary is called blood vessels

Blood vessels are pipe like thing through which the blood.
There are mainly three types of blood vessels ..veins,capillaries,artey.

VEINS: it superficially situated under skin. It is thin walled. It carries blood to the heart from various parts of body

ARTERY: it is deep seated under skin and is thick walled to absorb pressure from the heart. It carries blood feom heart to different parts of body

CAPILLARIES: it located at the terminals of artery and vein. The exchange of gases and food takes placd between tissues and cells through CAPILLARIES.
