Here, V = 3 V
R1 = 3 ohm, R2= 4 ohm and R3 = 5 ohm.
so, total resistance of the circuit, R = 3+4+5 = 12 ohm.
So, Current in the circuit, I = V/R = 3/12 =1/4 A
So, potential difference across 4 ohm resistor = I×R2 = (1/4) ×4 = 1 V
Therefore, The potential difference across 4 ohm resistor is 1 V.
R1 = 3 ohm, R2= 4 ohm and R3 = 5 ohm.
so, total resistance of the circuit, R = 3+4+5 = 12 ohm.
So, Current in the circuit, I = V/R = 3/12 =1/4 A
So, potential difference across 4 ohm resistor = I×R2 = (1/4) ×4 = 1 V
Therefore, The potential difference across 4 ohm resistor is 1 V.
