some person are sterile males with overall masculine development and some female character e.g. feminine pitched voice ,development of Brest or gynaecology mastia

(b) Feminine development like Gynaecomastia i.e., development of breast.

(c) Individuals are sterile.

Cause of  Klinefelter’s syndrome:-

It is caused due to the presence of an additional copy of X-chromosome resulting into a karyotype of 47, XXY.
