Answer:the government is not paying attention to the rural areas they are more interested in developing the cities they are making firms in cities and all the big projects are happening in cities as a result of this rural areas are being neglected there are no opportunities there for the workers.IN rural areas there is not any awareness of education so thatswhy there is unemployment there and it is all because of gov policies
