The company form of business organisation or Joint Stock Company may be the obvious choice whereby we can arrange large amount of capital easily from the members. A Joint Stock Company or simply a company is a voluntary association of persons generally formed for undertaking some big business activity.

There are four types of business organisations:-
1) sole proprietorship
2) limited liability company
3) limited liability partnership
4) corporation
