Components of a Solution

1) Every solution has 2 components in it.

2) They are solvents and solute.

3) The component of a solution which dissolves the other component in itself is called solvent. ex: water, ethanol, methanol and acetone, etc.

4) solute is the substance that makes up the minority of the solution, or this is the part that is dissolved. In our example of salt water, the solute is the salt.

that's the answer. thank you. hope it helps. please give me the brainlist. bye ^_^
