"(1) Judicial Review: The judicial review in India is the proceeding of the court in which the reviews are given by the judge on the decision that was made by the public body. It is like a challenge to the decision that was made. It can be right or wrong but the judge can challenge the decision.
(2) Public Interest Litigation: the feature of PIL is to protect the public interest. It is issued by the law by the court instead of ruling party. In this, the victim approaches the court but he must prove that the petition is in the interest of the public only.
