"Civil and criminal law:


The Civil law is responsible for the behaviour that affects the private or individual party. It includes breaching the contract, property damage, etc. Criminal law is responsible for the offence done against society, public or state such as assault, murder, theft, etc.


Judicial activism:


It is referred to the ruling of the court that are fully or partially based on the personal considerations or judge political instead of laws that are already in existence.
