Internet and World Wide Web are two terms which are often thought to be as one but they are different. Internet is a network or networks which comprises all the the components of accessible Internet ranging from web services, blogs to messaging while World Wide Web is just a small part of the Internet which uses hypertext and protocols. World Wide Web is often the part of the Internet we usually access. Internet comprises of millions of users while World Wide Web simply transfers information on different networks.

The internet is a massive network of networks, a networking infrastructure. It connects millions of computers together globally, forming a network in which any computer can communicate with any other computer as long as they are both connected to the internet.
