Holozoic nutrition: An organism takes the complex food and it is broken into simple substances which can be absorbed into the body cells.

Saprophytic nutrition: Organisms derive their nutrients from dead and decaying organic matter.
Example: Fungi and Mushrooms.
Parasitic nutrition: Organisms obtain food from other living organisms by living on or inside their body without killing them.
