The bill or a proposed law can be introduced by both the rajya sabha or the lok sabha.Then it should be published in the media ,so that people can tell their views .Then according to the opinions of the people the law is incorporated to include the ideals of the people.then it should be introduced in the lok sabha and rajya sabha.If it gets the support of the majority, then it is sent for the approval of the president.If the president approves,it becomes a law or an act.
