first the introduction of the bill,that is the first reading of the bill and then the second reading of bill.in this stage some courses are adopted.
1.The bill may be taken for consideration by the house at once.
2.it may be sent to a select committee of the house.
3.it may be sent to a joint select committee of two house.
4.it may be circulating for public opinion and only some are selected.
then the secratariat of the house requests for the bill to the state government and then the law is made
