1) the small farmers are not able to do work properly .
2) they don't have enough money to pay taxes.
3) they don't have enough money to buy capital
4) as we all know that in today's time the farmers need more capital than before to increase their crop protection. they are not able to do farming properly bcoz of the lack of less land .
