It is power formula
Then we must consider the resistance in this formula and as you know the highest multiple takes the highest value
For Example
If I take 1ohm resistor I will get
Power=1xI square
And now consider 5 ohm resistor then
Power=5xI square
so bigger the multiple is then we will get the biggest answer
