here is your answer
if "n" no. of electrons pass through the cross section of a conductor in time "t" , then the total charge passed through the conductor is given as;
q = n \times e \\ and \: current \: in \: a \: conductor \: is :   \\ i =  \frac{q}{t}  =  \frac{n \times e}{t}
so, that's your answer.
