the oxygen get diffuse from alevoli in lungs into the capillaries while CO2 get diffuse out of capillaries into alevoli in lungs

the oxygenated blood is full of many nutrious things and when passing through capillaries (small narrower tube) all essential nutrients are absorbed and send to liver and the oxygen is supplies to whole body and deoxygenated blood is again go to heart for purification
