The following factors have led to Globalization:
a. Technological innovation- It has contributed in greater connectivity and interaction among the people.Advancements in the modes of transportation has brought about increased mobility of goods and people.
b. Policy of Liberalization- removal of trade barriers, encouragement to private sector has increased the inflow of foreign capital and has brought about globalization.
c. Increased investment by MNC's- Corresponding to the above factor, there has been substantial increase in the investment by foreign players, by MNC's and has brought about greater integration of markets and countries. This largely has been contributed by global institutions like World Bank and IMF which has brought about integration of economies.
